Water & Sewer Utility Billing

  • The City of Dexter invoices customers for their water and sewer use on a quarterly basis.
  • A water meter is issued to each individual user.   The water meter is read by city staff on or around the 1st month of each new quarter (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, Oct 1st.)
  • The water use is determined and billed accordingly.
